Communicating about your certification
An ORGANIZATION certified by EURO-QUALITY SYSTEM may refer to its certification provided that:
- The company is certified
- Its certification is valid and is not subject to a withdrawal or suspension measure;
- Communication of this certification must not be misleading. In particular, when a subsidiary belonging to a group is certified, the communication must not suggest that all of the group’s activities or subsidiaries are certified.
An ORGANIZATION certified by EURO-QUALITY SYSTEM may use the EURO-QUALITY SYSTEM logotype.
- On its letterhead
- On its business cards and correspondence cards, provided it is associated with the ORGANIZATION. Various remarks:
- If you wish to use a logo, ask EURO-QUALITY SYSTEM for the detailed rules of use and your needs.
- You must neither modify nor adapt the EURO-QUALITY SYSTEM logo for your own use.
- Do not say that your ORGANIZATION has been “accredited” but “certified”.
- If your ORGANIZATION is certified to ISO XXX version nn, indicate the full designation, e.g. ISO 9001:2015.
- Do not place any logo or certification references to ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 conformity on products, product labelling or product packaging.
- Do not leave any ambiguity in the interpretation of your certificate that could be interpreted as indicating product conformity or that certifications are product certifications or product guarantees.
- Be precise in the scope of your ORGANIZATION’s ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 certification, both in terms of activities and locations covered by the certification.
