Background of Euro Quality System — 30 years of certification since 1990
  1. 1990

    Creation of Euro-Quality System Belgium

    Creation of the company in Belgium, starting point of the Euro-Quality System group.
  2. 1992

    First Walloon body

    First Walloon body validated by NAC-QS, marking the institutional recognition of our audit competences.
  3. 1998

    Creation of Euro-Quality System France

    Expansion of the group in France with the creation of Euro-Quality System France.
  4. 1999

    COFRAC accreditation

    COFRAC accreditation — scope available on cofrac.fr — and obtaining of CE marking (00746).
  5. 2003

    Creation of Euro-Quality System International

    Creation of Euro-Quality System International and implementation of centralised management.
  6. 2004

    First certification outside Europe

    First certification outside Europe: America, Africa. Start of international expansion.
  7. 2004-2007

    Nouvelles certifications

    New certifications: EN 9100 Aerospace, ISO 13485 Medical, ISO 14001 Environment.
  8. 2005

    Creation of Euro-Quality System Africa

    Creation of Euro-Quality System Africa, strengthening presence on the African continent.
  9. 2006

    Compatible certification activities

    Start of compatible certification activities (Training, CE Type) and ELV approval.
  10. 2006-2010

    Nouveaux produits

    Development of new products: ELV, EN 9100 and 9120, TS 16949, and other sectoral standards.
  11. 2010

    Consolidation du groupe

    Consolidation of the Euro-Quality System Group with centralised legal and financial management.
  12. 2010-2013

    Nouveaux produits

    Development of new products: Bathing water quality, refrigerant fluids, ANESM, ISO 27001, ISO 15378, NF S 96 900…
  13. 2013

    ISO 22716 et ISO 50001

    Development of new products ISO 22716 “Cosmetics — Good Manufacturing Practices” and ISO 50001 “Energy Management Systems”.
  14. 2016-2017

    Doubling of health auditors

    Doubling of the number of auditors and technical experts in Health and Research.
  15. 2018

    ISO 45001

    Development of new product ISO 45001 — Occupational health and safety management system. This ISO standard is set to gradually replace OHSAS 18001.
  16. 2020

    ISO 20387 Biobanking

    New product: ISO 20387 — Biobanking. Euro-Quality System is the first certification body to carry out this international certification for Biological Resource Centres (BRC).

    New product: ISO 27001 — Information security management system.
