Prevention of plastic pellet waste generation in the environment

Under the AGEC law of 2020, decree 2021-461 of April 16, 2021 is implemented as of January 1, 2022.

Industrial sites that produce, process, handle or transport plastic pellets with a possible capacity of five tonnes for pellets with a dimension between 0.01 mm and 1 cm are concerned.
So-called “procedure” audits must be carried out before January 2023 and renewed at least every three years.
They may be carried out jointly or in addition to the third-party certification audit of the quality management system (ISO 9001, etc.)

As an organization accredited under ISO 17021-1, we are authorized to carry out these audits.
