EURO-QUALITY SYSTEM shows its commitment in impartiality and transparency by:

•  A shareholding totally independent with no link to any group having any other certification activity
• No other activity than certification which could be non compatible with.
• Use of referentials imposed by accreditation
• Appropriate audit duration, including for supervision duration never less than one day
• Day unit never less than 0,5 day (No 0,25 or 0,30 unit)
• A documented response to any complaint coming from one of its certified client.
• Communication when asked by a client on its certification validity state
