EURO-QUALITY SYSTEM shows its commitment in impartiality and transparency by:

  • A fully independent shareholding structure, with no affiliation to any group engaged in activities other than certification.
  • The absence of joint commercialisation of incompatible activities such as consulting, bespoke training, regulatory monitoring, consular missions combining consulting and certification, etc.
  • The application of standards imposed by accreditation bodies, including those not covered by accreditation.
  • Audit durations calculated based on risk (client, patient, product).
  • Survey audit durations never less than one day.
  • A minimum unit of multiple audit days of no less than 0.5 days (no 0.25 or 0.30-day fractions).
  • A documented response to any written complaint submitted on one of its certified clients.
  • A communication to any justified request regarding the validity status of the certification of one of its clients.
  • The inclusion of mandatory rules on impartiality and conflict of interest declarations in auditor contracts.
  • no using of subsidies or funding coming directly or indirectly from certified clients or their parent organisations.
